The majority of the Group's business is the result of past client referrals...nearly 75%. That's much higher than industry averages which linger in the single digits.

Even before Continuing Education became a requirement in NJ, training has always been important to the Group, with each member acquiring at least one new certification or designation per year. In order to serve our clients in the best way possible, we believe that knowledge is one of the most important tools to possess.
